WHY TMA EXISTS
Built in Sabah for modern work.
TrainMeister Academy was founded in Kota Kinabalu in 2023 after Benjamin returned to Sabah following years of regional management, project leadership and commercial experience. TMA was built around a straightforward belief: training should make difficult ideas easier to understand and useful skills easier to apply.
Today, TMA develops and delivers practical programmes for professionals, teams, corporate organisations and public sector audiences. Participants learn through clear explanations, guided activities and situations they recognise from work.

AI AND AUTOMATION
Benjamin Felix Chan
Founder and Lead TrainerPersonal industry appointment: Head of Bureau for Global AI Engagement and Partnership, Sabah AI Association.
Before founding TMA, Benjamin built experience across regional management, project leadership, commercial work and team leadership. His earlier responsibilities within the Hong Kong listed Neo Neon group covered markets and operations across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Dubai and Malaysia.
At TMA, he leads practical workplace AI and n8n automation training while continuing to test and apply new tools in the company's own operations.

Yu Foong Sin
Training Partner and Lead FacilitatorYu Foong Sin brings over 20 years of experience in training, facilitation and learning and development across Asia. She has trained thousands of participants across financial services, corporate organisations, SMEs and education institutions.
She has collaborated with TrainMeister Academy since 2023, leading selected leadership, communication, coaching and workplace capability programmes for corporate and public sector audiences.
